Liam Mulligan
Liam has been coaching competitive CrossFit since 2019, and 6 of his athletes have reached the CrossFit Games Semifinals. He's also Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at a top Brisbane high school, working with elite junior athletes year-round. Liam has personally coached Riley Martin from 23rd in Oceania to 4th, and the two teamed up to build ELi, bringing Liam's coaching to more athletes. A former semi-professional footballer in the UK and Australia, Liam turned to CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu after a career-ending injury in 2014, bringing that same relentless drive to every athlete he coaches.
